Freelancers and owners rarely have one employment letter that explains the whole case. The file needs a coherent evidence chain showing a genuine foreign business or professional activity and the applicant’s role in it.

Important

Mission requirements can change. Confirm the responsible mission and live official guidance immediately before submission and payment.

Establish the business

Use current business or company registration showing the legal entity and the applicant’s role where available. Add tax or professional registration only where relevant and genuine.

Show current foreign activity

Recent client contracts, invoices, payments and a professional portfolio can establish continuity. Select representative evidence. A large unsorted archive is harder to review than a concise set that covers identity, work, dates and foreign counterparties.

Connect the documents

The company name, trading name, websites, invoice issuer, bank recipient and applicant should form one understandable chain. Explain legitimate naming differences or group structures rather than leaving the mission to infer them.

Keep Thai activity separate

DTV workcation evidence should not be presented as authorization to take Thai employment. If the facts involve a Thai employer or local business activity, obtain qualified advice on the correct immigration and work-authorisation route.
